MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
- All ductwork including duct connectors and accessories are made of galvanized steel.
- Rectangular ducts and fittings are produced as per SMACNA duct construction standards.
FABRICATION STANDARDS
- All ducts, transformation pieces and their respective fittings are produced using CNC machines.
- The accuracy of the duct dimensions, the notch sizes, andthe notch location at the duct folding line are all confirmed using CNC cutters (plasma cutting machines).
- Duct edges are all machine treated/handcrafted.
- Lock formers, flangers and rollers are used to turn-up the duct edges.
- All duct connections, nuts, bolts, gaskets and reinforcements are included with the ductwork.
- Ducts and fittings are available in the sizes and dimensions required by the customers.
- All ducts and fittings are shipped unassembled unless otherwise specified.
OPTIONS
- Ducts and fittings can be supplied in Black Steel, Stainless Steel or Aluminium.
- They are available in various metal gauges, as per customer's request.
- Available as well in beaded or stacked ducts.
- Cross breaking is available upon request.
- Bare or lined ducts are also available.
- Available options for Joint connectors are: slip & drive, TDC or duct mate Flange.
- For duct seam construction; Pittsburgh or snaplock are available.
- For fittings seam construction: Pittsburgh or welded are available.
- Pittsburgh lock, available in 26 gauge through 16 gauge, as per customer's request.
- 4 Bolt flange connectors are available for higher static pressure systems.
- Ducts and fittings can be internally or externally insulated.
- Flame retardant option is available.
